Merchandise will be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase. This excludes sale items, and special orders. Please remember that if an item is broken in transit that this is at your own risk. We pack as well as possible but items made of glass are fragile. Merchandise must be unused and in new condition. You are responsible for all the shipping costs of the order  (to you and from you.) Please email us (info@mozayique.com) for authorization and instructions before returning.

Mozayique uses Aust Post for shipping as this gives the best possible rate . For Regular Post shipments anywhere in Australia, the cost is $10.00.

For Express Post anywhere in Australis $16.00 up to 3 kilos
